This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Lead a team to enhance channel revenue by acquiring new customers and upselling to existing ones.
• Ensure that all territories are fully staffed.
• Assist in recruitment and hiring processes.
• Offer coaching, training, and performance management to Senior Sales Executives.
• Meet new sales quotas and renewal objectives.
• Propel online revenue growth alongside Client Management associates.
• Engage in recruitment efforts for designated territories.
• Deliver performance coaching and job training to direct reports.
• Effectively and efficiently manage the regional territory.
• Keep monthly reports on pipeline activities, field rides, expenses, and employee performance.
• Cultivate positive relationships with customers and assist in resolving escalation issues.
• Oversee travel and expense budgets pertinent to the region.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• An MBA or JD is advantageous.
• 5-7 years of successful sales experience in the Business to Business sector.
• Sales management experience is preferred, particularly in the legal market.
• Familiarity with Coaching Sales Processes, product training, and professional development.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated record of sales achievements.
• Creative and adaptable, capable of effectively coaching and leading in a dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of the market and products/services relevant to the Small Law Channel.
• Proficient in utilizing financial tools for planning, forecasting, and enhancing productivity.
• Strong coaching abilities and management of overall performance.
