• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities throughout the LATAM region, creating a strong pipeline of prospects in sectors such as security, retail, transportation, and other significant verticals.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that are customized to local market conditions, regulatory requirements, and cultural nuances across Latin American nations.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with system integrators, distributors, resellers, and technology partners to broaden market reach and accelerate growth.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with enterprise clients, comprehensively understanding their security challenges and demonstrating how AI analytics solutions can meet their specific needs.
• Keep track of the competitive landscape, market trends, and emerging opportunities to guide product development and strategic business decisions.
• Take ownership of regional sales targets and collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure successful project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Must reside in the Latin American region.
• Native or near-native proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• A minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in software B2B sales.
• Proven track record in B2B sales with a history of achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
• Established ability to build trust and foster long-term partnerships with enterprise clients, system integrators, and channel partners.
• Experience in developing and executing regional business strategies and go-to-market initiatives.
• Proficient in managing intricate sales cycles from lead generation to contract finalization.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical solutions to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of the business culture and practices in various Latin American countries.
