This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provides assistance to cross-functional teams, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
• Conducts research, analyzes data, and documents findings comprehensively.
• May mentor, evaluate, and/or assign tasks to other team members.
• Achieves personal annual sales growth contract value based on the total opportunity available.
• Attains personal annual sales growth contract value by effectively selling to and through our existing customers, particularly in Partner Sales.
• Manages partners within our Ideal Customer Profile and designated territory, acting as the primary commercial point of contact.
• Adheres to the ConnectWise value/solution-based sales process.
• Account Growth: Identifies and pursues opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
• Strategic Planning: Creates territory and account plans to meet client objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Project Coordination: Ensures the timely and scope-compliant delivery of products or services, meeting client requirements.
• Performance Reporting: Monitors and reports on key metrics such as renewals, churn, and customer satisfaction.
• Issue Resolution: Responds promptly to address client concerns and coordinate internal solutions.
• Collaboration: Works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align client strategy and enhance service offerings.
• Forecasting: Collaborates with the broader team and management to provide accurate forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Closes sales that meet ConnectWise’s standards for pricing, margins, terms, and conditions, with averages subject to change based on segment, industry, product, etc.
• Average sales cycle length: 25-30 days.
• Qualifies existing accounts to develop and sustain a pipeline of opportunities to meet quarterly annual sales goals.
• Negotiates terms, discounts, and implementation for contract opportunities.
• Establishes and maintains long-term relationships with partners to enhance retention.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent business experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in account management, client success, or sales roles.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing client satisfaction and retention targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and reporting software.
• Proven ability to independently manage large projects and processes with minimal supervision.
• Recognized as a subject matter expert in the relevant work area.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of client business models.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with effective follow-up and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt situationally and grasp new technology/processes as required by partners.
• Comfortable with extended phone use.
• Capable of making 40-50 outbound calls per day effectively.
• Knowledge of the Managed Service Provider (MSP), Technology Service Provider (TSP), and Security industries.
• Ability to identify opportunities and utilize resources effectively.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales tools.
• Travel requirements of 0-10% may be necessary.
• Onsite/Hybrid work arrangements based on location.
