Regional Sales Manager – Foodservice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Manages all distributor and direct customer-related activities within the specified geographic area (sales, equipment investment, service, etc.)

• Ensures that all accounts receivable from distributors and direct customers adhere to company guidelines and monitors their performance against established targets.

• Leverages geographical knowledge, relationships with key contacts, and business insight tools to access potential new customers and business opportunities.

• Oversees business development in alignment with targeted sales and increased profitability in assigned regions by managing the scouting and full activation of new potential clients according to Lavazza's commercial policies and activation standards (including POS materials, products and assortment, pricing, and equipment).

• Assists in farming activities for key selected clients to enhance their value (e.g., ensuring compliance with contractual volumes for clients using Lavazza equipment, facilitating contract renewals as expiration approaches, etc.)

• Monitors budgets allocated for activation by account, ensuring maximum visibility and effectiveness of the investment at the point of sale.

• Regularly tracks results and discusses them with the Senior RSM to confirm execution and outcomes delivered.

• Supports the Lavazza Customer Relationship Management Software by daily updating sales activities and business opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Business or Marketing Management.

• Over 2 years of experience in Foodservice sales is preferred (experience in coffee is a plus).

• Experience in account and distributor management.

• Required knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce is preferred).

• Excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of integrity, and the ability to manage relationships with business partners.

• Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented.

• Travel expectations: up to 80% of the time within the local territory, with occasional overnight travel each year.

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• Capability to stand for extended periods.
