This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Sales Managers overseeing cultivation BDOs.
• Engage in sales meetings (both face-to-face and virtual) to provide support, observe, and offer feedback after calls.
• Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes accountability, execution, and results.
• Perform regular performance evaluations, pipeline assessments, and coaching sessions on deals.
• Identify areas for improvement in performance and take decisive actions to enhance outcomes.
• Implement regional sales strategies that align with company goals and revenue objectives.
• Propel performance across portfolio growth.
• Ensure effective pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and CRM usage.
• Track key performance indicators and respond as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, underwriting) to drive initiatives for growth.
• Work together with channel partners and enterprise stakeholders (e.g., UPS sales teams) to broaden opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture top sales talent.
• Develop succession plans.
• Enhance engagement through regular communication, recognition, and visible leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent international qualification.
• Possess a valid property & casualty insurance license.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or risk-related products.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, including time as a BDO.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving goals.
• Strong understanding of both acquisition and cultivation strategies.
• Experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, forecasting tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Anaplan).
