• Oversee current client relationships while fostering business growth.
• Seek and acquire new clients for both standardized and tailored products.
• Formulate and execute the sales strategy to facilitate effective business expansion.
• Collaborate closely with teams in Marketing, Field Application Engineering, and Product Management to exchange customer and market insights, aiding in the identification of target customers, applications, and sectors.
• Manage, assist, and develop channel partners while also selling directly to end customers and OEMs.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally within the machine vision sector.
• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Physics, or a comparable discipline.
• Proven experience in direct sales to OEMs and manufacturers or in overseeing channel partners.
• Strong proactive business insight and analytical capabilities, paired with technical proficiency and a consultative approach to solution-based selling.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
