This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Propel brand expansion throughout the Eastern United States.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in Sales, Dealer Development, Customer Experience, and Dealer Marketing to meet regional goals.
• Partner with dealership personnel to attain wholesale and retail sales objectives.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key dealership employees through on-site visits, regular communication, responsiveness, and follow-up.
• Assess market trends, competitor actions, and dealership requirements to uncover opportunities.
• Execute sales campaigns and promotions within dealerships to enhance brand visibility and revenue.
• Identify, assess, and recruit new dealers in specified markets alongside Dealer Development.
• Provide sales and product training for dealership personnel.
• Ensure dealership staff respond promptly and appropriately to Zero leads.
• Organize and conduct regional and dealership sales events, including motorcycle and accessory demonstrations.
• Maintain precise CRM records and reports.
• Monitor and ensure dealer adherence to policies and procedures.
• Willingness to travel extensively, which may include up to three or four nights per week during peak seasons and occasional weekend travel.
• A valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement and a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with powersports dealerships and a comprehensive understanding of sales processes.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in the powersports industry and/or dealership settings is highly preferred.
• Capability to thrive in challenging situations and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Motivation to overcome challenges, resolve issues, and accomplish objectives.
• An outgoing personality with a positive attitude and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and see tasks through to completion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills that are clear and concise.
• Adaptability to new concepts, changing conditions, and updated information.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including both day and evening shifts.
• Capability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments as needed.
• Ability to load and unload motorcycles from a van without assistance.
• Skill in setting up and dismantling exhibit materials and facilitating demo rides.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
• Must be authorized to work for any US company without current or future sponsorship.
