This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +11 more states.
• Establish and secure new accounts, referrals, and ongoing relationships with key decision-makers through leads, cold calling, and sales presentations to maintain and grow the existing account base while expanding our market share and revenue.
• Identify and capitalize on market share opportunities within a specified list of existing accounts in designated areas.
• Engage with, train, and motivate network offices to enhance their understanding and support for the Business Development department.
• Prospect, qualify, and generate robust leads.
• Maintain and update CRM records with account information.
• Negotiate and finalize Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with property insurance carriers.
• Professionally develop and deliver sales presentations by:
• Conducting regular sales calls to cultivate relationships and follow up on leads.
• Taking action to close deals and finalize agreements.
• Achieving established sales quotas, revenue, and growth objectives.
• Cultivating business relationships with residential and commercial property insurance carriers in assigned regions, defined as top carriers in a state or area.
• Overseeing account management, which encompasses dispute resolution, problem prevention, and adherence to service-level agreements.
• Collaborating with the PDRI Business Development team to facilitate service opportunities.
• Understanding the services and products provided by Paul Davis Restoration.
• Assisting in marketing initiatives and maintaining regular communication with the SVP of Carrier Business Development.
• Analyzing and recommending programs and procedures that serve the best interests of all parties involved.
• Performing all other assigned duties.
• Proven sales experience with demonstrated negotiation and marketing skills.
• General understanding of the insurance industry and claims processes.
• Possession of necessary industry trade certifications.
• High levels of initiative, dependability, and self-motivation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with comfort in addressing large audiences.
• Familiarity with cost analysis techniques.
• Ability to analyze, diffuse, and resolve problem situations.
• Capacity to make independent decisions and evaluate judgments effectively.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, accountability, and leadership.
• Skill in organizing and scheduling assignments to meet established priorities and critical deadlines.
• Attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills.
• Capability to influence others without authority.

• Required Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of sales experience is a plus.
