Regional Sales Manager, Distribution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Market and sell Greenbridge products and equipment to both current and potential distribution clients.

• Meet and exceed targets for volume, revenue, and margin growth within the designated sales territory.

• Cultivate and manage business relationships while identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.

• Acquire, engage, oversee, and retain customers effectively.

• Collaborate with internal resources to deliver comprehensive system solutions to customers.

• Implement the Greenbridge value proposition effectively.

• Establish performance benchmarks for personal development.

• Drive change initiatives and provide mentorship to junior associates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling strapping and equipment to distributors, along with additional packaging sales experience.

• A Bachelor of Science degree is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.

• Familiarity with JDE and Salesforce.com is advantageous.
