• Oversee and cultivate a team of up to 6 Remote Sales professionals within the Core Hospital sector.
• Implement the ANZ Remote Sales strategy for Core Hospital and take responsibility for achieving annual sales targets, revenue, pipeline, and forecasting performance.
• Enhance account planning, prioritization, and team capabilities to boost commercial execution and improve customer results.
• Foster growth by leveraging segmentation, customer profiling, share-of-wallet expansion, and value-based selling techniques.
• Ensure accuracy in forecasting, maintain CRM (Salesforce.com) discipline, govern KPIs, and report performance using Power BI and associated tools.
• Collaborate across various functions including Operating Units, Finance, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Supply Chain to optimize customer and commercial outcomes.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with internal partners and Operating Units.
• At least 3 years of experience leading teams of 6 or more, preferably in MedTech, healthcare, or complex B2B sales environments.
• Proven expertise in people leadership, coaching, and capability development.
• Familiarity with physical product sales, managing stakeholder complexity, and executing cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, and data-driven sales management.
• Solid understanding of commercial planning, forecasting, account management, and operating within a regulated healthcare setting.
• Capability to mentor experienced team members, enhance territory and account planning practices, influence across various functions, and lead with structure, resilience, and sound judgment.
