This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee a team of 15 to 20 Area Sales Managers (ASMs) across the Western Region of the United States.
• Identify, onboard, manage, and nurture ASMs who can effectively implement the Sales process.
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of ASMs in alignment with Company policies.
• Facilitate the effective execution of Western Funding’s Five Step Sales Process.
• Establish clear expectations for ASMs and utilize coaching techniques to enhance their performance.
• Regularly review and discuss essential metrics with ASMs and the team.
• Conduct field visits to coach ASMs on best practices as set by the Company.
• Address escalated calls from dealers.
• Identify and execute strategies aimed at enhancing performance.
• Proven experience delivering exceptional results in Automotive, Finance, and Sales, including retail automobile dealerships.
• Prior experience in a training and development capacity.
• Previous leadership experience managing a high-performing team.
• 5-7 years of prior experience in a sales position with a demonstrated record of success.
• Experience with Dealer Participation/Reserve.
• A college degree is preferred.
