This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive sales management, support, and leadership of Trelleborg Medical Solutions Sales Engineers (SE).
• Strategically plan, guide, and evaluate the activities and performance of the team within the designated region.
• Ensure that SE effectively promotes and sells the range of solutions and services offered by Trelleborg Medical Solutions.
• Organize sales meetings and develop sales and profit projections.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key customers and potential target accounts.
• Attract, recruit, develop, mentor, retain, and lead a highly skilled team of Sales Engineers.
• Collaborate closely with the TMS segment team and the Marketing Department to create and implement Sales and Marketing Strategies.
• Participate in joint sales visits with SEs to coach them on developing customer relationships and pursuing new leads.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within medical device manufacturing.
• Experience in people management, including hiring, coaching, performance evaluation, and employee development.
• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Business or Technical Engineering; MBA is a plus).
• Strong technical aptitude is advantageous.
• Must possess mechanical inclination.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of business sales and marketing practices is required.
• Familiarity with rubber/plastic products is a plus.
• Understanding of ISO quality standards is beneficial.
