• Act as the representative for TP-Link’s comprehensive range of wired, wireless, cloud, surveillance, and network management/security solutions.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key channel partners, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and end users to enhance adoption and drive revenue.
• Recruit and cultivate high-performing partners while optimizing revenue from existing accounts.
• Achieve sales results through strategic planning, effective solution positioning, and execution of go-to-market strategies.
• Provide engaging presentations and product demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives.
• Identify new opportunities in emerging markets and broaden presence across key verticals.
• Travel within the territory (up to 50%) to foster and maintain robust customer and partner relationships.
• Over 8 years of demonstrated success in sales, technical sales, or a related domain.
• Technical proficiency in IP networking and wireless products, software solutions, service offerings, and competitive alternatives.
• A solid track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets and revenue goals.
• Experience delivering technical solutions to both technical and non-technical groups, including C-level executives in both small and large settings.
• Understanding of IT solutions including networking, cloud computing, hardware, and software.
• Proven sales achievements, showcasing strong negotiation skills and closing capabilities.
• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• A self-motivated, ambitious individual who takes pride in their business success.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Sales CRM principles.
• Willingness and capability to travel within the territory up to 50%.
