This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers across the Western United States.
• Drive profitable sales growth while holding team members accountable for activity, performance, and revenue objectives.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and cultivate additional sales professionals as the region grows.
• Conduct coaching sessions, ride-alongs, customer visits, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations.
• Create strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and enhance existing customer relationships.
• Collaborate with recruiting and operations to guarantee exceptional customer service and execution.
• Maintain sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM documentation.
• Analyze sales performance metrics and execute action plans to enhance results.
• Assist with customer presentations, contract negotiations, and strategic account development.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to implement the company's long-term growth strategy.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, integrity, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred, although candidates with exceptional staffing industry leadership experience may be considered without it.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams within the skilled trades/construction staffing sector.
• Proven track record in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining sales professionals.
• Strong understanding of staffing sales, business development, customer relationship management, and sales pipeline management.
• Experience in managing remote sales teams across various geographic markets.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management capabilities.
• Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and formulate improvement strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Highly ethical team player who communicates effectively with both internal and external site staff.
• Must reside within the CST, MST, or PST time zones.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Western United States.
