This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and execute effective sales strategies aimed at achieving regional objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to enhance overall performance.
• Discover new business opportunities and spearhead business development efforts.
• Conduct regular market analyses to remain competitive and ahead of industry trends.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
• Supervise account management tasks to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Build, nurture, and empower a diverse team while offering consistent coaching, feedback, recognition, and encouragement.
• Collaborate with the corporate operations team to uphold company policies, practices, and safety standards.
• Establish effective communication strategies through regular store visits, one-on-one coaching with retail managers, and regional conference calls.
• Organize and manage staff schedules across all regional locations.
• Partner with the Director of Retail to formulate and implement store budgets and sales objectives.
• Assist in identifying and selecting new locations, establishing both temporary and permanent stores, and overseeing new store opening procedures.
• A minimum of 3 years of prior retail management experience, including at least 2 years in a District or Regional Management capacity is essential.
• Experience in managing multiple stores is a requirement.
• Demonstrated experience in sales management or a related role within the consumer goods sector.
• Strong negotiation abilities with a successful history of achieving sales targets.
• Capacity to develop business strategies that promote growth.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills are necessary.
• Background in account management and customer service is preferred.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time is mandatory.
