This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Uphold the vision and core values of DuPont Healthcare Solutions.
• Achieve consistent year-over-year organic growth for the designated accounts.
• Identify and develop new accounts by showcasing capabilities and nurturing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders within the customer's organization, including supply chain, engineering, quality, and others.
• Generate and collaborate on cross-selling opportunities across the diverse offerings of DuPont Healthcare Solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, to enter and monitor opportunities through various stages.
• Ensure timely follow-up and execution from lead generation to opportunity realization.
• Gather comprehensive information from customers to quantify and qualify opportunities for developing a robust business case.
• Provide accurate budgeting and forecasting for assigned accounts, leveraging both customer-supplied information and external market insights.
• Act as the global point of communication for customers while facilitating manufacturing site transfers to the region.
• Conduct regular territory reviews for the management team to report on the progress of key metrics.
• Support, execute, and implement DuPont Healthcare Solutions’ market strategy for the specified sales assignment, which includes building and maintaining strong working relationships with various manufacturing sites throughout the sales process.
• Provide leadership and serve as a liaison between SPG-DuPont and assigned accounts concerning all significant sustaining programs, corrective actions, and supply chain opportunities.
• Negotiate and maintain all active contracts or agreements with assigned accounts, ensuring compliance from all involved parties.
• Identify potential new technologies that could enhance SPG-DuPont offerings at assigned accounts and communicate these needs to the management team.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a major or emphasis in Engineering or Science.
• Three to five years of experience in new business development or account management within the medical industry, focusing on fluid management, extruded tubing, and flexible packaging.
• Experience in the biopharma industry is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Exhibit creative problem-solving skills and the ability to influence both internal and external customers.
• Strong organizational skills complemented by a self-disciplined operational framework.
• Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities.
• Self-motivated individual who takes initiative and is action-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey findings, observations, and opportunities to a diverse audience.
• Proficient in computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce, and other business and database applications.
• Strong business analytical abilities.
• Capable of creating, establishing, and implementing win-win solutions, thinking strategically and executing tactically while adapting to a continually evolving organization.
• Possess the vision and leadership qualities necessary to drive change and position SPG-DuPont as the primary supplier within the customer's supply chain.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Ability to understand and adhere to company safety standards.
• Participate in trade show activities to network and generate new business opportunities.
• Provide and present market and customer intelligence to the SPG-DuPont management team.
