This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets within the designated territory.
• Collaborate with current dealers in your area to retain clientele (such as farmers) and enhance account growth annually.
• Innovatively penetrate new dealer accounts in your territory by introducing them to SOURCE and BLUEPRINT.
• Diligently identify sales opportunities and connect customers with value-added solutions.
• Partner with sales leadership to create and uphold precise forecasts and account plans.
• Educate dealers on new products and programs.
• Increase grower awareness through co-selling, trade shows, and meetings.
• Provide on-farm support post-sale to cultivate relationships and sustain customer loyalty.
• Oversee selling expenses, operational budgets, and marketing funds in accordance with guidelines.
• Utilize Salesforce to monitor activities and gauge customer and dealer feedback.
• Collaborate across functions to address customer complaints.
• Proven history of surpassing quotas at the top of the sales leaderboard.
• Experience in selling new product lines that establish a new market, rather than just competing for existing market share.
• Demonstrated achievements in Retail, B2B, or Field sales, including Account Management and direct agronomic expertise.
• Strong business development abilities with a background in prospecting and acquiring new business.
• Capability to create and deliver presentations to clients.
• Skill in coordinating multiple internal resources and extended team members, including: Account Executives, Business Development, Sales Agronomy, and Customer Experience/Service.
• A passion for agriculture and a solid understanding of the agricultural inputs market.
• Proficiency in comprehending business financials and price/volume relationships.
• Ability to forge strong relationships in person, over the phone, and via video conferencing.
• Strong familiarity with Google Suite, Salesforce, and/or other CRM systems, along with experience in customer support that enhances customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
