This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.
• Conduct research to identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the designated region.
• Achieve or surpass territory growth objectives for established accounts on a quarterly and yearly basis.
• Perform market analysis and create a regional strategy aimed at business expansion by onboarding new customers.
• Proactively identify and pursue leads for new business at local, state, and federal levels.
• Create and present demonstrations of GPS products and software to current and potential customers.
• Gather customer feedback for management and provide suggestions for product and service improvements.
• Oversee Value Added Resellers to ensure optimal performance.
• Address requests for proposals, invitations to bid, and other acquisition processes.
• Prepare biweekly reports on sales activities and forecasts, including contact details, meeting summaries, open action items, and travel logs.
• Collaborate closely with account management team to ensure the renewal of existing contracts.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, quarterly meetings, and other relevant events.
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 50%.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A valid driver’s license is required if operating a customer- or company-owned vehicle.
• At least five (5) years of experience in sales, account management, or electronic monitoring within the criminal justice sector.
• Proven experience in developing presentation materials, delivering presentations, conducting training sessions, and managing accounts.
• Ability to gain comprehensive knowledge of and effectively demonstrate all company products and services.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Capability to devise and execute effective sales strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities; adept at collaborating and communicating with Engineering, Production, Customer Service, and Management teams.
• Familiarity with Sales CRM systems.
• Candidate must live near a major airport within the designated territory.
• Must be willing to undergo drug screening as permitted by law.
