This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Drive Regional Growth: Foster new business opportunities through participation in trade shows, proactive prospecting, and forming strategic alliances with dealers, integrators, and distributors.
• Customer Engagement: Provide impactful sales presentations, identify customer requirements, and position our solutions to address real-world challenges.
• Channel Development: Enhance relationships within both direct and indirect sales channels to optimize market reach.
• Market Expansion: Discover and pursue new vertical markets, collaborating with product teams to customize solutions for emerging opportunities.
• Training & Enablement: Inform partners about product strategies, market trends, and sales methodologies to enhance performance.
• Feedback Loop: Represent the voice of the customer by conveying market insights and technical requirements to internal teams to improve product offerings.
• Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with support teams to resolve issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in security/technical sales and management.
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales with excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of security technologies, including both cloud-hosted and on-premises surveillance and access control solutions.
• Experience in selling SaaS and navigating intricate sales cycles.
• Readiness to travel frequently (50–60%) and engage in classified projects that require security clearance.
• Proficient in managing confidential information and interacting with high-level stakeholders.
