This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +11 more states.
• Propel regional business expansion by cultivating relationships with engineers, contractors, facility managers, and industry stakeholders.
• Support and enhance CRC’s network of channel partners and key accounts throughout the Western U.S.
• Conduct engaging technical presentations and facilitate consultative, solution-oriented sales discussions.
• Identify and nurture high-value projects from the design phase through installation and post-project support.
• Collaborate closely with internal application engineers and marketing teams to guarantee an outstanding customer experience.
• Represent CRC at trade shows, webinars, customer training sessions, and industry events.
• Act as a trusted subject matter expert during interactions with customers and partners.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in HVAC, building automation, or related technical fields.
• Preferably experienced in airflow management, pressure control systems, or critical environment solutions.
• Knowledge of commercial or institutional mechanical systems and the sales cycles of engineered products.
• Experience collaborating with design engineers, specifiers, contractors, and owners.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time within the western territory.
• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding business through channel partners or distributors.
• Proven experience in developing long-term customer and partner relationships across a regional or multi-state territory.
