Regional Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Promote AutoAlert, the AutoAlert CXM Platform, and its key products with the aim of delivering value to customers and generating new revenue.

• Maintain precise data within the CRM (Salesforce) system.

• Manage relationships with each prospect through fact-finding, follow-up, identifying customer needs, presenting pricing options, and addressing objections.

• Engage with decision-makers, including Senior Management and business owners, to foster enduring business relationships.

• Ensure that weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets are achieved or surpassed.

• Deliver accurate forecasts and create weekly and monthly sales plans to effectively manage the sales channel.

• Travel to and participate in trade shows and other company events as necessary.

• Regularly share your ideas, initiatives, and status updates with your manager to meet established goals and objectives.

• Additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the automotive industry (Dealership, OEM, Vendor).

• 1+ year of experience in the automotive software/automotive vendor sector, selling directly to dealers.

• Extensive experience in data mining and CRM usage.

• Proven track record of setting and achieving both personal and team sales objectives.

• Commitment to confidentiality.

• Ability to take initiative and set priorities effectively.

• Strong persuasive communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with both internal and external customers.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization to enhance performance, creativity, problem-solving, and results.

• Capacity to positively adapt to changing priorities and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
