This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for driving organizational growth by engaging Brand Ambassadors to enhance sponsorship, customer ranking, and retention.
• Implements and executes impactful training, events, and sponsorship initiatives aimed at boosting key performance indicators that foster business growth.
• Facilitates and participates in opportunity events, training sessions, virtual training, opportunity presentations, as well as group and individual coaching.
• Comprehends essential priorities with the capability to lead and innovate, which includes conducting grassroots recruiting by reaching out to and converting leads generated by the company, personal networking, and organizing and managing events.
• Cultivates new Brand Ambassadors to sponsor and market products utilizing company tools and systems.
• Identifies, nurtures, and mentors Leaders; aids in the development of their lineage.
• Collaborates with new Brand Ambassadors in key markets to expedite recruiting efforts and foster growth.
• Creates quarterly training strategies that expand the Brand Ambassador base and increase sales in designated markets.
• Understands and applies Plexus’s career framework and product offerings.
• Achieves predetermined sponsorship targets within the region.
• Accomplishes designated revenue objectives in the region.
• Advances Brand Ambassadors to Gold Ambassador status.
• Sustains Gold Ambassadors and above in the assigned region.
• Ensures the engagement of new Brand Ambassadors during their initial 90 days.
• Willingness to work outside standard hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years in building a Direct Selling business as an independent Ambassador/Distributor, demonstrating a strong record of personally recruiting and developing a field organization; prior experience in a corporate-facing or field-development role is essential, along with a valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with the Direct Selling industry and its practices.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, combined with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must exhibit meticulous attention to detail and possess outstanding time management capabilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of social selling tools and the ability to leverage social media to drive consultant recruitment while enabling and empowering them for success.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, coupled with creativity and self-motivation.
• Should assume a leadership role, pursue excellence, and exhibit a willingness to learn.
• Proficient in motivating and inspiring individuals.
• Upholds uncompromising morals and values.
• Capable of working remotely without daily supervision.

• Experience with recruitment strategies in Direct Selling companies.
