Regional Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Cultivates and sustains strong relationships with clients through technical support, engaging interactions, and regular contact with senior management.

• Creates and delivers proposals to clients to encourage the sale of Fiber Glass Systems products.

• Offers technical advice and sales assistance as needed.

• Develops forecasts and budgets for the assigned territory and routinely tracks progress.

• Keeps informed about competitors’ offerings and contributes to the formulation of market and pricing strategies.

• Aids in drafting job specifications and in delivering presentations to various industrial, governmental, and regulatory officials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability for evening and weekend work may be necessary.

• Prior experience in sales (territory management is preferred).

• Experience in customer-facing roles is essential.

• The candidate should be capable of working independently from a home office, as the position is fully remote.

• Strong oral and written communication skills are required, including the ability to conduct group presentations in a seminar setting.

• Frequent domestic travel is mandatory.

• A valid US driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.

• Overnight travel is necessary.

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales involving collaboration with Engineers, Architects, etc. is necessary.

• Familiarity with the downstream petroleum industry is preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.

• A general understanding of how environmental regulations are enforced in the petroleum and water markets is beneficial.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills are required for effective interaction with employees and customers.

• Strong organizational and computer skills are essential for preparing presentations, maintaining customer files, generating management reports, and keeping accurate records.
