Regional Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the commercial success of the Galaxy system in your designated territory, ensuring the achievement of annual sales objectives and MBOs in your area.

• Interact with surgeons, administrators, and economic decision-makers at their workplaces to comprehend their needs, align on value propositions, and advance opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams in Clinical Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Clinical Engineering, Contracting, and Field Service to provide a unified customer experience.

• Professionally represent Noah Medical in the field, contribute to shared insights within the sales organization, and influence the strategy for bringing the Galaxy system to market.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• At least 5 years of experience in medical device sales is necessary.

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience selling capital or medical devices to C-Suite executives is essential.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects and sales processes at once.

• Experience managing a sales pipeline using a CRM system is preferred.

• Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time is required.

• A valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a driver's record check are mandatory.
