This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• Set and reach annual sales targets by product category across your assigned territory.
• Develop and nurture robust relationships with both current and prospective customers by delivering consistent value through effective communication, personalized visits, and organized follow-up that fosters enduring partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities in open markets and convert these leads into successful Sauna360 dealers.
• Share your knowledge by offering thorough sales and marketing training to Sauna dealers.
• Ensure the effective implementation of sales and marketing initiatives throughout your area.
• Represent Sauna360 at trade exhibitions and promotional events.
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent college-level coursework is strongly preferred; a minimum of five years' experience in wholesale and retail sales is required; or a comparable mix of education and experience.
• Experience in the sauna sales industry is highly preferred, with a background in consumer products being an advantage.
• Familiarity with contemporary sales and merchandising techniques is essential.
• A proven history of consistently meeting and surpassing sales objectives.
• Ability to inspire others, drive revenue growth, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Must be willing and able to travel a minimum of 120 days each year.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary.
