This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Meet and surpass the assigned sales targets and revenue objectives for the region.
• Create, implement, and execute sales strategies tailored to the market to enhance sales and increase market share.
• Set regional goals, metrics, and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders; track progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts to boost Acumed's brand presence and recognition.
• Oversee and coordinate the efforts of Clinical Managers and Clinical Specialists in alignment with regional and UK strategies.
• Work closely with Product Management to ensure comprehensive knowledge of the product portfolio and to facilitate training for internal staff and clients.
• Organize and manage regional medical education and training events in partnership with Medical Education teams.
• Identify and evaluate regional tender opportunities, creating competitive bids in collaboration with the Commercial team.
• Fulfill regional service-level agreements in conjunction with the Commercial team.
• Participate in surgeries when necessary to educate and assist Orthopaedic Surgeons and theatre staff.
• Attend national and international meetings as required.
• Collaborate with Compliance to ensure that all activities, product management, complaints, expenses, sales activities, and training adhere to regulatory standards.
• Work with regional sales managers and cross-functional teams to exchange best practices and contribute to the company's success.
• Ideally located in or around Warrington or the outskirts of Manchester.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed regional sales goals.
• Capability in strategic sales planning and executing market-specific strategies.
• Experience in developing strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Competence in managing Clinical Managers and Clinical Specialists.
• Comprehensive understanding of product portfolios with the ability to provide training.
• Proficient in analyzing tender opportunities and crafting competitive bids.
• Ability to educate and support Orthopaedic Surgeons and theatre personnel in surgical environments when necessary.
• Commitment to meeting compliance and regulatory standards in interactions with Health Care Professionals, product handling, complaints management, expense reporting, sales activities, and training delivery.
• Willingness to attend national and international meetings when required.
