📋 Description

• Lead regional sales efforts by overseeing representatives and implementing strategic sales initiatives.

• Promote MAPEI products through distribution networks and directly to certified contractors.

• Create sales forecasts, establish goals, and manage market analysis to inform pricing and strategy decisions.

• Define sales territories, set quotas, and engage in channel development activities.

• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for key clients and potential customers.

• Identify and cultivate new distribution and client opportunities to enhance market penetration.

• Foster client relationships, assist in negotiations, and finalize sales agreements.

• Evaluate market demands, keep an eye on competitors, and offer product recommendations.

• Compile sales reports and monitor performance metrics.

• Recruit, train, and nurture a high-achieving sales team.

• Act as MAPEI's representative at trade shows and industry conferences.

• Oversee regional spending and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.

• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety and quality protocols.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven external sales experience in the relevant industry/products.

• Strong understanding of the designated market/industry.

• Valid driver's license with the capability to travel within the territory.

• Bachelor's degree preferred; a high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and work autonomously.

• Proficient in using Windows-based PCs, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and navigating the Internet.
