This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

• Formulate and implement sales strategies via distributor partners in designated European markets.

• Establish and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other key stakeholders.

• Propel market growth and enhance Lumenis' market presence within the specified region.

• Precisely forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue projections.

• Coordinate cross-departmental resources from Marketing, Clinical, Service, and Operations to ensure commercial success.

• Ensure that distributors receive comprehensive training on products, value propositions, and commercial strategies.

• Monitor distributor performance using KPIs and initiate improvement plans when necessary.

• Examine market trends, competitive dynamics, and business opportunities, converting insights into actionable plans.

• Represent Lumenis at congresses, client meetings, and industry events.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing distributors with a proven track record in the medical devices sector.

• Experience in operating across various European markets is preferred.

• Proven experience in identifying, recruiting, and developing distributor partnerships.

• Background in capital equipment sales.

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to build and sustain long-term partnerships.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance immediate execution and long-term business growth.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.

• Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently within an international matrix organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous).

• Willingness to travel across the region – approximately 70% of the time.
