This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee all facets of sales and market expansion for KSB's slurry and non-slurry product offerings.
• Generate service opportunities and work in partnership with KSB Supreme SERV teams.
• Manage and enhance the current network of sales representatives within the region.
• Formulate regional sales strategies and objectives aligned with corporate strategies/goals.
• Ensure the sales representative network is effective and motivated.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering.
• At least five years of experience in capital goods sales, ideally within the slurry pumping sector.
• Familiarity with mining and utility markets.
• Experience in slurry pumps and fluid handling.
• Knowledge or experience in selling via representatives or distributors.
