• Create and implement regional sales strategies that align with the company's goals and national direction.
• Oversee, support, and enhance the performance of 1099 independent sales representatives across various states.
• Establish distinct KPIs, track pipeline activity, and guarantee the achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Discover new market opportunities and spearhead initiatives to broaden Kandu’s footprint within the region.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new 1099 sales representatives as required.
• Conduct routine performance evaluations, field visits, and coaching sessions to improve representative productivity.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners in the region.
• Assist representatives in securing major opportunities by attending customer meetings and delivering presentations.
• Supply precise and timely sales forecasts, market analysis, and competitive insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred)
• Over 7 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a regional or multi-state leadership position
• Background in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy preferred, but not mandatory
• Demonstrated experience in managing networks of 1099 independent sales representatives
• Strong knowledge of the Northwestern U.S. market landscape
• Outstanding communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities
• Capability to analyze data, generate forecasts, and make strategic decisions.
• Self-driven, highly organized, and adept at working remotely
• Willingness to travel 40–60% of the time within the region
