This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.
• Ensure that the designated region achieves or surpasses all sales objectives and targets.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor a high-performing team, including field representatives, virtual clinical educators, and an Inside Sales Representative.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of launch strategies and short-term tactical plans to meet business objectives.
• Conduct regular and frequent performance management, including field coaching and development discussions.
• Collaborate in the field with representatives to enhance selling skills, clinical knowledge, and technical proficiency necessary for the successful launch of the Pivot.
• Monitor business analytics (sales trends, activity, market share) to optimize resource use and identify growth opportunities.
• Establish a positive atmosphere and high standards for culture, work ethic, accountability, and business ethics.
• Evaluate competitive threats and disseminate best practices, field insights, and learnings throughout the region.
• Contribute to the development of business plans, employee development plans, and necessary reporting.
• Organize and engage in representative training, conferences, and regional meetings.
• Drive adherence to call plans and execution across the region.
• Maintain regular communication with Inizio Engage leadership.
• Ensure full compliance with all Inizio and Modular Medical policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare sectors, preferably with experience in diabetes disease states.
• Strong knowledge and experience in market access, including pharmacy, DME, and Specialty Pharmacy Channel, are highly preferred.
• Proven track record of developing, motivating, and leading teams through transitions while achieving objectives.
• Strong capability to influence team members' activities and steer strategic decision-making.
• Experience with CSO field management is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, and nurture top talent.
• In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare markets.
• Strong skills in business planning, analytics, and communication.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
• Must reside near a major metropolitan airport with access to frequent domestic and/or international flights.
