• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales operations in the eastern region of Ireland.
• Leading a team of Business Development Representatives and Market Developers.

• Track and evaluate sales performance metrics.
• Manage sales budgets and related expenses.
• Strong background in retail along with prior management experience.
• Valid driving license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience in leading and mentoring an FMCG Sales Team.
• Experience in managing Head Office Key Accounts or Regional Key Accounts is an advantage.
• Background in the snack food/FMCG sector.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Understanding of sales forecasting and budgeting principles.
• Experience in developing and executing sales training programs.
