This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Collaborate with distributors to enhance business opportunities and expand market share.
• Formulate and execute both short‐ and long‐term business strategies for designated markets and key accounts.
• Manage product introductions, training sessions, and promotional endeavors aimed at achieving sales targets.
• Refine pricing strategies to boost profitability and maintain competitiveness.
• Foster strong relationships with distributors through effective account management and coordination with our Customer Care team.
• Supervise and assist with product registration/homologation processes to secure market access and competitive standing.
• Represent GN Hearing at local seminars, conferences, and industry events.
• Identify new business prospects and potential distributors across the region.
• Track competitor activities and market trends, converting insights into actionable strategies.
• Collaborate closely with partners to analyze and tackle tender opportunities.
• Create sales and marketing resources tailored for the North African market.
• Ensure consistent and profitable growth in line with the regional revenue budget.
• Monitor customer payment behaviors and take measures to mitigate financial risks.
• Plan and implement product launches effectively to ensure successful market entry.
• Provide regular performance updates to internal stakeholders regarding sales, market trends, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Ensure efficient communication with the GPS team about regional activities, local training, issues, and outcomes.
• Participate in cross‐functional projects aimed at improving processes and enhancing customer engagement.
• Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Have 5-10 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C sales and distribution management in the medical devices, hearing aids, or healthcare sector.
• Be fluent in English and either Arabic or French.
• Demonstrate strong strategic planning and execution skills.
• Have experience in strengthening distributor partnerships and driving sales growth.
• Possess a solid understanding of sales performance metrics and budget management.
• Be knowledgeable about regulatory and registration processes in North Africa.
• Exhibit proficiency in negotiation, clear communication, and effective problem-solving.
• Have a collaborative mindset and the ability to work well with others.
• Be willing to travel approximately 30–40% of the time, both regionally and internationally.
