This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Oversee and promote the sale of both residential and commercial water treatment systems via dealer and wholesale channels.
• Establish, nurture, and sustain existing Professional Water Quality (PWQ) dealer accounts through appropriate levels of engagement. Drive sales growth by targeting strategic customer segments.
• Create both short-term and long-term forecasts, budgets, strategies, and marketing initiatives necessary to achieve sales targets.
• Provide product training for PWQ dealers; work alongside the marketing team to ensure that marketing materials such as collateral, packaging, catalogs, and online presence align with customer needs.
• Expected overnight travel ranging from 65% to 80%.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, business management, marketing, engineering technology, or a related discipline (preferred).
• 5 to 7 years of pertinent experience or training in water treatment, along with roles in customer service, customer experience, customer success, sales, or similar positions (required).
