This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Provide visionary leadership to the Southeast sales team
• Strategize and implement key account plans
• Foster strong business relationships with retail and builder/developer clients
• Promote operational excellence through High Performance Delivery forums
• Manage financial aspects of retail key accounts
• Nurture existing key account partnerships
• Mentor, develop, and retain top-performing individuals
• Set and achieve regional sales financial goals
• Track competitor activities and formulate response strategies
• 5 years of experience in sales positions
• At least 3 years of experience in Key Account management
• Previous experience in a premium luxury sales environment
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate high-performing sales teams
• Entrepreneurial Growth Mindset
• Background in business planning and budget oversight
• Strong financial understanding, including P&L and forecasting experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
