This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Develop and execute business plans and budgets for the Region, while maintaining overall accountability for action plans.
• Collaborate with the National Sales Director to review performance metrics, ensuring the sales team achieves optimal sales outcomes.
• Organize and lead meetings with the Sales Team, fostering appropriate leadership by motivating and inspiring the team.
• Partner closely with leadership and Market Access teams to enhance reimbursement from both commercial and government payers.
• Spend three (3) to four (4) days in the field working alongside assigned Territory Managers.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales is preferred; equivalent experience in medical sales may be considered.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales management experience within a U.S. pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical organization is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in Cardiology, specifically in Statin, PCSK9, and NOAC launch experience, is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
