This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ The Regional Sales Manager will assist CR2 in achieving its growth objectives by discovering new business opportunities, overseeing the entire sales cycle, and increasing the company's presence throughout the Americas.
β’ Formulate and implement territory-specific sales strategies to meet revenue and growth goals.
β’ Keep an up-to-date understanding of digital banking trends, regional regulatory changes, and competitor offerings.
β’ Create and present engaging proposals, demonstrations, and presentations to stakeholders.
β’ Establish and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, prospects, partners, and industry leaders.
β’ Represent CR2 at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
β’ A proven history in business development, solution selling, or enterprise sales, preferably in digital banking and payments.
β’ Demonstrated achievements in Digital Banking.
β’ Exceptional ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
β’ Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
β’ Proficiency in English.
β’ Self-motivated with the capability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
