This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover opportunities, trends, and customer requirements.

• Implement a CRM system and create a detailed sales strategy.

• Establish and nurture relationships with architects, designers, and clients.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination.

• Manage the sales pipeline efficiently.

• Focus on architects, designers, and engineers during the tendering process.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and Construction Specialties products.

• Lead negotiations and finalize contracts.

• Generate regular reports detailing activities and revenue figures.


⛳️ Requirements

• Technical education, Abitur (German high school diploma), or a Bachelor’s degree.

• Background in the construction industry.

• Experience in tendering and procurement processes.

• Strong technical understanding and genuine interest.

• Excellent communication abilities and experience in delivering presentations.

• Basic experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.

• Proficient in PC applications: Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint.
