• Focus on architects, designers, and engineers during the tendering process.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and Construction Specialties products.
• Lead negotiations and finalize contracts.
• Generate regular reports detailing activities and revenue figures.
• Technical education, Abitur (German high school diploma), or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Background in the construction industry.
• Experience in tendering and procurement processes.
• Strong technical understanding and genuine interest.
• Excellent communication abilities and experience in delivering presentations.
• Basic experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
• Proficient in PC applications: Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• High willingness to travel within the regional area.
• Option to work from a home office.
