This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +6 more states.
• Identify and secure new accounts and opportunities, with a focus on competitive advantages and expanding market share.
• Collaborate with architects, owners, and developers during the design process to achieve "Basis of Design" or exclusive specifications.
• Maintain a consistent schedule of discovery calls, site visits, and meetings to cultivate a pipeline valued at four times your sales target.
• Enter targeted vertical markets and develop new relationships with General Contractors, end-users, and architectural firms.
• Organize educational engagement events, such as Lunch-and-Learns and CEU sessions, to establish our solutions as the industry benchmark.
• Interact with key stakeholders at current accounts (Estimators & PMs) to drive daily operations and support internal teams with project advancement.
• Proven success in aggressive prospecting and closing new business within the industrial or architectural industries.
• Established ability to influence long-cycle projects during the design phase.
• Comprehensive understanding of the regional architectural and construction environment.
• Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce/SAP) with a methodical approach to forecasting and maintaining data integrity.
• Capability to navigate complex organizations, from C-suite developers to site-level Project Managers and Estimators.
• Commission structure is linked to new-business revenue, margin goals, and strategic achievements (specification approvals).
• Accelerators: Exceeding quota results in increased payout percentages.
• Monthly KPI assessments and formal quarterly reviews regarding quota achievement and pipeline status.
