This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze customer purchasing history using ERP and sales data to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and recognize gaps.
• Develop and implement structured territory plans informed by usage trends, installation base, and reorder cycles.
• Actively drive sales initiatives through data-driven outreach strategies rather than relying on reactive relationship management.
• Identify accounts that are underutilized, customers who have lapsed, and whitespace opportunities, and systematically convert them.
• Utilize historical data, seasonality, and customer behavior patterns to forecast demand accurately.
• Monitor and manage pipeline activities with a focus on metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and reorder frequency.
• Create and enhance repeatable sales processes that ensure consistency and scalability.
• Promote and grow the ProTech’d program through targeted strategies informed by data.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping in ERP/CRM systems to maintain clean and usable data for ongoing decision-making.
• Work collaboratively across departments with operations and supply chain to synchronize inventory, demand planning, and sales execution.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field OR at least 5 years of experience in aftermarket parts sales, inside sales, distribution, or data-driven sales settings.
• Proven experience utilizing ERP systems to inform sales decisions.
• A background in manufacturing, industrial distribution, or MRO environments is preferred.
