This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Enhance sales by increasing penetration within current accounts.
• Comprehend customer agreements and advance program commitments, which include marketing activities, rebates, and training.
• Achieve or surpass designated strategic initiatives and sales targets for strategic and territorial clients.
• Facilitate customer discussions with business insights to demonstrate value, generate demand, identify pain points, and resolve concerns.
• Manage, expand, and monitor the sales pipeline utilizing Microsoft Dynamics through manufacturer representative groups, buying groups, and distribution representatives.
• Collaborate with key accounts on forecasting, fill-rate expectations, and inventory management.
• Cultivate strong relationships throughout key account organizations.
• Present and advocate for value to key decision-makers within major accounts.
• Negotiate customer-specific and core product programs.
• Address inquiries regarding products and their applications.
• Introduce new product innovations to enhance the product portfolio at key accounts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to foster relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Implement pricing strategies within assigned accounts.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with all departments.
• Mentor and develop talent to position the Kishigo brand and its value with Sales Agency partners and clients.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• A bachelor's degree with a focus on business, marketing, or professional selling is preferred.
• A minimum of 2+ years of industrial sales experience with either a manufacturer or distributor is necessary.
• Business acumen regarding accounting, P&L, margins, forecasting, and performance metrics is essential.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills are required.
• Familiarity with safety products is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is crucial.
• Self-driven and dedicated to continuous improvement.
• Exceptional customer service skills are mandatory.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment with a diverse group of employees, managers, and external contacts.
• Superior analytical, organizational, and executive-level oral/written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
• Previous experience with a CRM system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, is necessary.
• Up to 50% travel is required for customer visits, strategic planning, training, and trade shows.
• Ideally, candidates should reside in Baltimore, MD; Philadelphia, PA; or Washington, D.C.
