This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.
• Enhance sales by increasing penetration within current accounts
• Comprehend customer agreements and drive program commitments, which include marketing initiatives, rebates, and training
• Achieve or surpass strategic objectives and sales targets for both strategic and territory customers
• Facilitate customer discussions using business-level insights to establish value, generate demand, identify pain points, and resolve concerns
• Manage, expand, and monitor the sales pipeline utilizing Microsoft Dynamics through manufacturer representatives, buying groups, and distribution representatives
• Collaborate with key accounts on forecasting, fill-rate expectations, and inventory management
• Build strong relationships within key account organizations
• Present and advocate for value to key decision-makers
• Negotiate customer-specific and core product initiatives
• Respond to inquiries regarding products and their applications
• Showcase new product innovations to broaden the product portfolio
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Implement pricing strategies within designated accounts
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with all departments
• Mentor and develop talent to position the Kishigo brand and its value with sales agency partners and customers
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory
• A Bachelor's degree with a focus on business, marketing, or professional selling is preferred
• At least 2+ years of industrial sales experience with either a manufacturer or distributor
• Strong business acumen related to accounting, P&L, margins, forecasting, and performance metrics
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities
• Familiarity with safety products is advantageous
• Capability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Self-driven and committed to continuous improvement
• Exceptional customer service capabilities
• Ability to collaborate within a diverse team of employees, managers, and external contacts
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and executive-level oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Prior experience with a CRM; Microsoft Dynamics is preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to support customer visits, strategic planning, training, and tradeshows
• Salary plus eligibility for commission
