• Consistently meet or exceed designated quotas and sales objectives to enhance overall team and organizational performance.
• Create and implement regional sales strategies that align with corporate goals, focusing on market growth, channel development, and penetration of key accounts.
• Travel weekly within the region—typically four days each week—to engage with distributors and end-users, fostering relationships and promoting sales growth.
• Establish, nurture, and ultimately assume responsibility for end-user relationships within the designated territory.
• Coach, mentor, and assist distributor sales teams to improve product knowledge, sales efficiency, and territorial coverage.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities in the customer relationship management system.
• Acquire in-depth product knowledge across gloves, eyewear, and garment lines to act as the main product resource for customers and partners.
• Engage in corporate-led distributor training programs to boost product knowledge and sales efficacy.
• Promote a positive and collaborative atmosphere by maintaining open communication and a professional demeanor with both internal teams and external clients.
• Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.
• Analyze customer sales reports and territory data to identify trends, discover new opportunities, and guide strategic decision-making.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned to support business objectives.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of sales experience is required, preferably in the PPE industry at either the distributor or manufacturing level.
• QSSP certification is preferred, along with a strong aptitude for CRM systems.
• Proficient in Dynamics, Sales Force, or other CRM tools.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP (preferably SAP), and CRM (preferably C4C).
