This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provides proactive sales assistance to sales teams and internal collaborators.
• Oversees the client onboarding process by handling account opening documentation and associated paperwork.
• Engages with clients after the sale to gather any missing documentation and offer updates.
• Collaborates with RSMs to enhance sales conversion by ensuring all administrative tasks are completed promptly.
• Evaluates documentation for thoroughness and precision.
• Organizes and monitors onboarding progress.
• Offers sales support to RSMs and other stakeholders.
• Establishes and nurtures strong relationships with Private Bankers.
• Remains updated on products, processes, and regulatory standards.
• Participates in the ongoing enhancement of processes and procedures.
• Aids in the preparation of client materials as required.
• Effectively organizes and manages workflow across onboarding files.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• A post-secondary degree in a related area, or a comparable mix of education and experience.
• Proficiency in the French language is considered advantageous.
• Strong product knowledge and specialized skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work efficiently as part of a team.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bilingual fluency in French and English.
