This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Promote and sell the company's equipment, products, services, and consumables.
• Build, develop, and sustain a network of distributors within your designated territory.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Create, manage, and implement a Regional Account Plan to meet or surpass sales targets.
• Oversee channel development initiatives and coordinate sales distribution by defining sales territories, quotas, and goals for OEMs, dealers, and representatives.
• Provide service to existing accounts, secure orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to engage with current or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Collaborate closely with customers to ensure the company meets all goals and objectives related to customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit expense reports promptly.
• Ensure timely, complete, and accurate entry and reporting in the CRM on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Stay updated with the company's pricing lists and product literature.
• Maintain technological proficiency with relevant software (Microsoft 365, Concur, HubSpot, etc.).
• Work in partnership with the Sales team and management to set and achieve sales goals for the region.
• Assist distributor sales staff in enhancing their sales techniques.
• Conduct Monthly/Quarterly business reviews with distributor leadership.
• Educate distributors through presentations on strategies, programs, training, and regular meetings.
• Participate in training sessions and company meetings as required.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in Packaging and/or Industrial Manufacturing Sales.
• Proficient in the MS 360 Suite.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Convenient access to an airport and territory roadways.
