This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +9 more states.
• Take full responsibility for the performance of the Northeast territory, encompassing pipeline development, deal advancement, revenue achievement, and forecast precision.
• Propel new business initiatives and enhance strategic accounts within sleep labs, IDTFs, health systems, and multi-site clinical organizations.
• Lead with clinical differentiation by effectively communicating the advantages of EEG-based diagnostics, workflow efficiencies, and data quality to create compelling value propositions for physicians, administrators, and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure stringent CRM management in Zoho, which includes timely follow-ups, accurate opportunity staging, precise close dates, and dependable revenue forecasts.
• Cultivate relationships with sleep physicians, pulmonologists, neurologists, technical directors, administrators, and executive decision-makers across intricate buying committees.
• Conduct impactful product demonstrations and facilitate clinical validation of Beacon HST in real-world customer settings.
• Participate in regional and national conferences to generate leads, enhance relationships, identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and support market education.
• Collaborate with Clinical Enablement, Operations, Product, Customer Experience, and Logistics teams to aid onboarding, utilization, retention, and reorder consistency.
• Uphold the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Protected Health Information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Exhibit consistent quota achievement, competitive displacement, multi-site account growth, and development of regional KOLs.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales.
• At least 4 years in sleep diagnostics, cardiopulmonary diagnostics, neurology-adjacent diagnostics, or a closely related clinical field.
• A demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales objectives in a field-based territory position.
• Proven ability to navigate complex healthcare environments that involve multiple stakeholders and extended buying cycles.
• Strong clinical curiosity with the capability to articulate diagnostic differentiation in a straightforward manner.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, executive presence, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize key accounts, manage competing demands, and establish structure in an underdeveloped territory.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Zoho, along with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Northeast region.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced education in business, clinical, or healthcare-related fields is preferred.
• High level of ownership, strong field discipline, coachability, intellectual honesty, and comfort in a competitive growth-stage environment.
