This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Selling commercial vision programs to employers within a designated geographic area.
• Promoting new business growth by offering ancillary benefits to Small and Mid-Group clients.
• Developing, managing, and enhancing relationships with distribution partners to create RFPs and bid opportunities for commercial vision and/or dental products.
• Identifying and pursuing fresh sales opportunities in the assigned territory to meet or surpass revenue and growth goals.
• Crafting, presenting, and delivering competitive proposals and bid responses to employer clients.
• Acting as the primary liaison between prospects, clients, and internal teams throughout the sales process.
• Concentrating on maintaining and expanding existing client relationships by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Over 5 years of progressive sales experience in ancillary benefits, managed care, vision, dental, or healthcare, effectively demonstrating the required competencies.
• More than 2 years of experience presenting to executive-level audiences, including HR, Benefits Leadership, or C-suite decision makers.
• Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline activities, forecasting, and reporting.
• Highly self-motivated and proactive.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gamma, Canva).
• Strong understanding of employer benefits strategy, including funding arrangements, enrollment cycles, and renewal dynamics.
• Ability to analyze data and sales performance metrics to enhance territory results.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
