This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Promoting commercial vision programs to employers within a designated geographic area.
• Driving the growth of new business by marketing ancillary benefits to Small and Mid-Group clients.
• Developing, managing, and enhancing relationships with distribution partners to create RFPs and bid opportunities for commercial vision and/or dental products.
• Identifying and pursuing new sales prospects within the assigned territory to achieve or surpass revenue and growth goals.
• Preparing, presenting, and delivering competitive proposals and bid responses to employer clients.
• Acting as the primary liaison between prospects, clients, and internal teams throughout the sales process.
• Concentrating on retaining and growing existing client relationships by recognizing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Over 5 years of progressive sales experience in ancillary benefits, managed care, vision, dental, or healthcare, effectively showcasing the required competencies.
• At least 2 years of experience delivering presentations to executive-level audiences, including HR, Benefits Leadership, or C-suite decision makers.
• Proficient in utilizing sales automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline activities, forecasting, and reporting.
• Highly self-driven with a proactive approach.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gamma, Canva).
• Strong understanding of employer benefits strategies, encompassing funding arrangements, enrollment cycles, and renewal processes.
• Capability to analyze data and sales performance metrics to enhance territory outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage intricate sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision makers.
