This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Responsible for driving the sales of Videndum products, concentrating on broadcast, related segments, and emerging B2B sectors as needed.
• Provide support to sales management on various projects as required.
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with customers in broadcast and media production, as well as relevant channel partners.
• Identify and cultivate new B2B clients for Videndum products and solutions.
• Showcase Videndum products, both operational and technical, to end users and system integrators.
• Meet the specified sales revenue objectives.
• Utilize CRM tools as outlined to demonstrate sales capabilities and ensure a sufficient opportunity pipeline to reach targets.
• Create and implement a sales strategy aimed at enhancing relationships with key customers within the designated territory and/or accounts in the relevant market segments.
• Develop and expand your own network among strategically significant B2B customers.
• Become a subject matter expert in broadcasting and media production, providing insights to product managers on industry trends, competition, and strategic market developments.
• Assist with local events and trade shows as requested.
• Lead the tender process, qualifying bids and proposals, managing the assembled bid team, and being accountable for the sales win strategy, including pricing requests.
• Results-oriented and performance-driven, with a proven history of meeting targets and objectives.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.
• Strong skills in presentation and communication.
• Ability to network and build relationships at various levels within a customer account.
• Experience in B2B sales.
• Proficient in MS Office and customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce.
• Capability to engage directly with end users to influence tenders in collaboration with channel partners and system integrators.
• Fluent in English and comfortable working in an English-speaking environment.
• Knowledge/relationships with existing Videndum routes to market (Nice to Have).
• Familiarity with current Videndum brands and product offerings (Nice to Have).
• Experience working for a manufacturer of technical equipment (Nice to Have).
• Proficiency in additional languages (Nice to Have).
• Understanding of the broadcast, media production, and Professional Video sectors (Nice to Have).
• Experience collaborating with channel partners or system integrators (Nice to Have).
