This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Manage all customer sales and channel operations within the assigned geographical area.
• Aim to achieve the company’s revenue growth and profitability goals.
• Create and implement strategic plans to enhance market reach.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with our representative network and key stakeholders.
• Implement the sales process to meet and surpass revenue expectations.
• Leverage CRM software to monitor sales activities, manage leads, and produce reports.
• Develop and nurture strong connections with representatives and end users.
• Proactively engage with representatives to boost product visibility and enhance market penetration.
• Work in partnership with consulting engineers to deliver technical insights.
• Assist contractors throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Conduct frequent meetings and site visits to strengthen relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, and leadership.
• Professional Engineer (PE), LEED/A/P certification, or membership in trade organizations is advantageous.
• Expertise in HVAC chilled water plant and system applications.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated on industry innovations and technologies.
• Strong creative problem-solving abilities and conflict management skills.
• Capability to simplify complex problems, conduct root cause analysis, and provide clear, well-considered recommendations.
• Strong team-oriented leadership qualities with a proactive approach.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a focus on achieving results.
• Ability to communicate openly and authentically in all circumstances.
• Willingness to travel domestically (40-50%) and possess a valid passport.
